Default oxygen sensors and emissions

I have a 98 TA. I removed my passenger cat a while ago and now that I put a new magnaflow high flow back on, its tripping codes for all four O2 sensors. 2 questions. Will it pass emissions in Missouri which is not that strict? And if not what is the least expensive route to take? I can't get new tags til I pass stupid emissions. Thanks.

I knew people in St.Louis that would just pass my cars because we were friends. But if you don't know anyone like that, you will need the CEL light to go away. You can get some O2 simulators so the car thinks the sensors are there. You would be able to pass with those. But no you won't be able to get tags until is passes with no check engine light.
