For me it's tires for sure. Then if money permits either E85, or lower the car, or maybe do a cutout

Congrats on your ss purchase. My plans are for a new power window motor for passenger side and a fuel filter.

Lol. Nice keep it simple and cheap. I actually bought Texas Speed 1 3/4 full length headers and pacesetter y pipe the day after I bought the car. Just a start I guess.

Figured out it wasn't the rear main on mine but the rear cover itself, and car is for sure getting headers because both cats have cracks in the welds

I'll be replacing my valve springs this winter. I have a mild cam, and they only have 15K on them, but they've been in the car since December of 2002 HAHA! I also have a set of Fikse FM5's in my garage that I need to get tires for.

Hi guys. Merry Christmas.

I am a new member here and come from the mini truck world. I owned three S10s (all stock) and now I am in a Ford Fusion at the moment but looking for a Camaro or a Trans Am (preferred) convertable that might need some TLC for a reasonable price with a V8.

Originally from the Springport area but now live around the Lansing area.

Appreciate the kindness. I hope you had a good Holiday Season.

I'd like to see if anyone has any good block cores like a 5.3L or 6.0L. I wouldn't be opposed to a 4.8L but I'd like the other two choices first. Doesn't have to have everything...mainly I am looking for a good block that may need to be machined.

Looking to spend around the $500 mark.

Thanks. Happy New year.
Michigan has a lot of scrap yards. Tahoes trucks and burbans has those motors and with the Michigan salt there are probly a few laying around in there. The only thing is they will more than likely want to sell you the whole motor. Just a thought.

Being in Dearborn I assume you've looked into Livernois?

If they didn't personally tell you that, then I'd at least give them a call. Can't hurt
