Are you asking if I went? If so, no I didn't go. I mentioned in my previous post I was going to wait for cooler weather. Was it really busy there?

Normally the test and tune is like 12-5 from what I remember. They shut it down before 5?

Pretty good. Got some passes in and the nitrous mostly figured out. Definitely some fast cars there.

A group of us are shooting to go to Lapeer Oct 22 if you'd like to join. Hopefully it will be nice and cool to get some good runs in. I know its not the best track, but still a good time.

I might bring my 300 hp Mustang to Lapeer, but that is about it lol. The prep on that track is worse than any other by far. I actually can hook better on some streets to be honest lol

Lol it is possible to hook it is just way more difficult. You know at your power level and being lowered you can't expect to hook on 17" drag radials.. just get some slicks and give that 10 bolt a test haha.

Well obviously my setup is far from ideal, but at Milan I can actually hook decent for what I have. At Lapeer it's no better than running on the street lol. That's been my experience a couple of times now.

I ran my car at milan during the motor city mayham event and was able to make my car hook on the toyo proxys, I am mad that it was too late to get a time slip because that was probably the best run I've ever made with the car, this past weekend at lapeer was just terrible

It seems like Lapeer is just getting worse and worse over the years as well. There's just no money being put in the track. IIRC they don't even have the big scoreboards at the end of that track either. Seems like those came down a few years ago

I'll be heading back to Milan once the weather cooperates. I plan on attending the No ET event on the 21st and possible a regular test and tune day before then.

I for sure want to make it out to the no e.t I gotta get my fox out and running and get a slip for the motor before I pull it out and sell the combo, then the real fun can start over the winter
