Default Recommended shops in/around Ohio

I've been away from the forum for a long time so I'm out of touch with who the recommended engine builders are around Ohio.

I have a 1998 Z28 with an Agostino Racing Engines 346 LS1 w/ Dave Inall dual turbos. It fires and runs, but definitely has a 'knock' when running and I get almost immediate grey smoke in the exhaust. I'm looking for a builder to diagnose and repair it. Based on condition of the engine, I may have a rebuild. my hands to maybe a might do a new engine built (383 / 427)

Who would you recommend for that kind of work within a few hours NE Ohio?

Big 3 racing.

They have 9 lifts, 2 dyno, 5 tuners a full staff of techs and a **** ton of fast cars leave that place on a daily basis. They will tell you what to build and who should build it.
