Member of LS1.com well before I bought my 99 TA in Feb of 1999 before LS1TECH existed. Moved to LS1TECH ~ 3 to 4 days, after site was started on seeing the email/pm invite. Joined 11-13-2001
Member 413 or 431 something like that been so long I've forgotten
Really don't miss LS1.COM it went from great to weak. I think my old usename is banned there.. lol
The LS 4th Gen's are rapidly disappearing as daily drivers. DD's was always my focus. They are low mile show cars mostly or race races or defacto race cars
I've had so fun with my high mile stock 02 Z28 daily driver - rediscovering the good old start from scratch, I wish I had bought a low mile 4th Gen ten years ago to preserve.
Still have the twenty year old 99 TA really should have sold the car but what said what the hell and did a 416, Magnum & 8.8 - the TA is fun on the rare days the car gets to play at being a daily driver
OG enough my 91 RS has a Morgan Motorsports 229v2.1 cam from back in the day from a well known (at the time) street racer from Chicago that I got in contact with via , this forum. The car's engine if from and basically rebuilt from parts and junk from LS1 classifieds. Cam, Jesel rockers, Callie's crank, junk LS1 long block, LS6 heads and so on

I’m no OG compared to these guys. But I still lurk around here. Forums are a thing of the past. I’ve seen all forum activity falling off in the past couple years.
Back when I joined it was really bangin here daily. Now I can’t catch up about every 3 months
