I’m looking for a reputable shop and tuner in or around OH, KY, or IN. The close to Cincinnati, the better. It’s a Holley ECU and I’ll need some considerable work done on a vette( clutch, Meth, blower, etc.). I was planning to do it with help of friends and a lift but everyone is busy this winter. I just don’t have the space.

Big Three Racing in Hinckley (Cleveland) did my Z28. We just did a basic tune after I did my heads and cam. They would be more than capable for what you’re trying to do. Hope that helps!
