Your actually looking for multiple shops,
1. Mechanical/Maint
2. Electrical
3. Body
4 Upholstery.

The number of general shop guys that do auto-electric is SMALL..
The only good ones I've ever worked with are specifically Auto-electric and nothing else.

Same for Body and Upholstery they are both crafts that seldom ever cross over, once in a while
you'll find a body guy that can do some upholstery, but most don't want too its too time consuming.

If you find a specialty shop thats all about F-bopdies, and can do all of the above they are a Unicorn, and they are $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to get anything done.

FWIW I've found this to be consistent across almost every car except for some really special cars, like Model A/T and 60s specific cars like Camaro and Mustangs, Cuda's..
