Iowa F-bodys????

Near Newton over here. Wes, what happened to Gary? It's been awhile since I was last at Eddyville, although we might be doing some testing there VERY soon. We tested quite a few times at Earlville this year, but it never really had any teeth. Any chance you guys might at least extend the shutdown area? How about Match Racing this year? I have some contacts that would DEFINITLY pack the stands. We routinely run 195-200 in the 1/8, and that will get the spectators attention for sure.

What kind of car(s) are you guys running? We had Dale Creasy Jr. go 242mph here and get shut down safely.
Match racing is definetely an option for me this year. I'm not sure what kind of car you are running but we are having an Outlaw Heads Up Drag Racing Series this year featuring 5 new classes:
Outlaw Door Slammer
Outlaw Pro Street
Outlaw 10.5" Tire
Limited Street/True 10.5"
Drag Radial
I think we are going to get quite the response from these events. I took Gary's placed, I can't really go into depth here.
Please get ahold of me on Monday and we'll do some talking and get something figured out! 660-216-9779
Thanks again,
Wes Buck

We are running Nostalgia Top Fuel, and are affiliated with the Outlaw Nitro Alliance. We are currently in the process of assembling a new chassis, due to testing boo boo last fall at Earlville. Lets just say sand traps are not nice at 238 mph. Anyway, you can check out our website at www.outlawnitro.com and look on the teams page. We are Nitemare Racing. We used to race at Eddyville quite a bit in our bracket racing days, and had a BBC powered rear engine car by the same name. Coming back there would be like returning home. Right now there are at least two of these cars up & running here in Iowa, and we are always interested in match racing. This year we are looking for a 5.70 in the quarter, and hoping to be the first midwest team to break 270mph, 100% VRA legal. If you are interested, email me and we can put something together.

cedar rapids iowa here, just got an 01 ws6-m6. Always looking for fellow f-bodys to hang out with, I have noticed there are a few that hang out off first ave every once and a while, like 4 or 5 of them. I have driven by a few times and waved, and got the head knod in return. Let me know or PM me, might be interested in hanging out sometime or something when im cruising. Also, and reputable shops here?
