I really appreciate it guys it's just going to take so much money that I don't know if it is even worth it. Might just have to chill for a year or two and just enjoy the cobra. Just tired of spending money on this bitch.

Well Matt, your post inspired me to get of my *** and get something done.

What I did last night: Installed new tranny cooler, ran cooler lines, wired the cooler fan. I replaced a broken stud for a ground for something on the car and it also is the ground for my fuel solenoids for the NX kit. Rewired my guages in my guage pod, it was a clusterfuck. And I also replaced the power window motor in the drivers door.

So now I can spray nitrous again, and not suffocate while doing so.

But there's only one problem still...the trans temp is still showing 250+ the new cooler with the fan is supposed to kick on at around 175 degrees, but after a little in town driving it still never kicked on. So either my guage is way off and the tranny isn't getting hot enough to run the fan. OR...the trans is hotter than **** and the fan isn't kicking on to cool it off, which in a short time the thing will be fried which will result in me pushing the car to places I want to go.

Seriously though, before I even started the car, I turned the key on and before even firing the engine the temp jumped between the 100 and 150 degree mark. I think autometer will be hearing from me Monday. This guage has to be a piece.

Autometer is junk. I have never had luck with them. I love my dynotune guages.

This thing has never truly been right. I have new actuators to fix it but I have to build new brackets and I just don't have the tools and honestly I just don't want to spend any more money. I might just start over but it would be a slow time consuming process.

Me too!!! Cotton, did you do yours too?

D@mn, it's awesome to roll that biatch down after a year of stuck-ness; not to mention not having to carry towels with you to hold up to the part that wasn't all the way up when it rained so you didn't get soaked, lol
