I got my grandpas old f-150. Its a 99 and only has 48k on the clock. It should last me a while and I got an awesome deal on it. Now I don't have to worry about bad weather lol, just slap that thing in 4x4 and I'm good to go lol

Hey guys and gals, I used to post a while back (around 5 years ago) pretty actively till I moved to California and lost touch. I moved to Jasper a few years ago and posted about looking for a G8 GT then I fell off the map on with getting layed-off and fired then divorced in that same year to unexpectedly kill the finances for it.

Well I'm back on my feet again and just moved BACK to Jasper 7 months ago and got a great job as a CNC machinist at Jasper Engines and Transmission in the tool and die area.

I'm just checking in to see if there are any get-togethers scheduled or anything. I remember (going off memory) Cottoneyejoe, Blk WS.6, and MrBungle used to schedule them pretty often. Well, I just picked up this car a couple weeks ago, totally stock with 20K on the OD.

and for BONUS POINTS! (for those who remember lol )

I'm really wanting to put some LT's/catted Y with the stock TI exhaust on it but after seeing the vette tax I'm kinda shying away till I can do it all in one shot (lt's, CAI, DR's, and tune). The exhaust set-up on the TA is in the sig and costed 800-900 minus the GMMG, the vette with the same brand and everything costs 1,200-1,500... The tires on this thing suck, (295/30/r18 F1 Supercar), they spin even in 3rd pretty easily...

Thanks for the complement. I remember you having the turbo TA then wanting to get a cobra, then last I remember you wanted to trade the TA for a c5z. But yes, I plan to mod it, I'm just trying to get used to the power it has stock and I've never driven a manual before this car . It is WORLDS faster then the TA with full bolt-ons (or so it seems).

I've been to chandler a bunch, don't really care too much for the crowd there. Alot of asshats trying to show off, and I don't think they open till April anyway. I might show, depends on what the weather is and such.

Yup, and the space after the 1/8th mile lights are really short. You have to lock them up if your running a quick car. I've never ran a 1/4 lol
