A good way to meet alot of folks with cars is www.tristatecarz.com
From there you'll know what's going on here in the tristate and other areas. Including meets, drag days etc., and sonic hangout dates..
The site does have cocky people so you'd maybe want to not take things seriously on there at all.
Anyways just a suggestion. Plus a flood of fbody owners joining in would ruin their day LOL. There's plenty of us V8 guys on there aswell.
Mike- depends on me, job, money, and this car living to see if I make. I haven't chilled with you in forever. I basically just cried a little bit lol

Umm I'm not sure. Since I'm an honest guy I think you and a buddy could tackle it, and don't see any reason you should pay someone to do something like that. But if your dead set on it I can send you to my guy.. He'll do it for cheap I'd assume. Depends on what you wanted? Remember tho this stuff isn't 100% permanent but I guess it could be if u tried hard enough. It definitely would be an all nighter. It has per say a "cure" time.

Yea that's horrible about GREAD for us that needs his tuning, I had to have him email my tune back to me. But as machine shops go idk.. I'd just get a 6.0 block and build it.

Finding a good machine shop around here is tough. I've had bad experiences will most of them. I would probably call Mike Norris in Indy or Unleashed near Louisville and see who they recommend. That or get a junk yard 6.0 short block and run it. But don't call any of the yards here in town, they want top dollar for their junk.
