Yup that's me! I love the car already after like 15 miles. Haha.

And my automatic era has "probably" ended for me also.

Of course it's a 5 speed. And the sound quality is on another level.

I installed my new monster stage 2 this weekend. So far I love it. Drives like stock. I had a 3.5 before and something was wrong with it and I had a bad vibration above 2500. Its smooth all the way up now.

I need to pick up some bigger injectors and get it retuned. Will probably throw a set of 3.90 gears in this winter.

I got the monster stage 3.. I will say when you let out on it to take off there is really no slip.. It grabs and just gets nasty. The 4.10's in my car are great!

Thanks to Out of Focus.. Lol!

Nice but wish i wouldve got a twin disk set up

Sorry to hear about your experience with them. Steve hasn't been like that at all with me.

I know with the stage 3 and up you have to change your driving habits. Slipping it causes it to chatter. I beat on my car a little tonight and it started spinning tires at 60mph. I blame the cold pavement.

Yeah i went through the proper break in. And in cold weather it sounds god awful.

And thats what everyone says. But he wasnt particularly interested in helping me. He mept blaming me because i bought a "too powerful clutch" and somehow that "voided my warranty" but im sorry... I cruise with 3 guys who had more powerful clutches than mine and making the same power. And there are ALOT of folks on here doing the same.

I had this coversation on a thread a few months back when i told a guy my run ins with monster. Steve chimed in and said the same thing you said. But its my word again his. And i hate being that guy that complains... But when ya get the short end of the stick, you get the short end of the stick.

With that being said, ive heard more people happy with monster and i think ive only heard about 4 people complain including myself. Maybe i just got a faulty clutch and caught steve on a bad day.

The first clutch I bought from them was faulty. But with the car being down so much I just dealt with it. It eventually killed itself and by then my warranty was out by two years. He took care of me on the second one I bought and its like a night and day difference. After the first one I was really disappointed after reading all the great reviews I have read. So I decided to give them another chance and I'm glad I did.
