I don't know Jamie... I guess I don't know how to take all that, but I can run 14s with the best of them. Figure I might as well get my mph up there (seems like that's all anyone cares about anymore, atleast the cool people) then i can call it a 10 second car or what not without it actually being one.

Who are the cool people? Mph is cool, its the best usually in street racing. You can take it the way I said it. You want to save money buy a used Vortech headunit off the Corral and procure your brackets either from a personal source or buy them new from Vortech. New from Vortech will be approx. 600 plus about 800 for an S-Trim headunit. Then pullies and discharge tube plus intake tube.

I know i'm going to get flamed for this one but who cares. I realize the whole mph in the 1/4 gives you a good idea of what a car is capable of, but what does it really matter. Personally I would have to say getting down to the end of the track the fastest should be the main concern (new revelation). By the laws of physics etc... etc... mph means nothing, and it may even mean that your suspension is sh*t if you have high mph. Had to get that off my chest.

Mph is indicative of hp while ET is indicative of hp and general car dynamics weight, gearing, traction etc. etc. Personaly I would rather have a car that mphs like a ************ since most of your street encounters are going to be from a roll. Also your badass wheels up 1.30 60' isnt quite the same on the street with no VHT.
