Anyone in St. Louis know if there is an exemption for the emmisions test if you are not able to pass, car is not gonna make it and I am not even going waste 24.00 bucks trying if I don't have to. Also do you know if there is a way to get new tags if the car will not be driven daily, like a "show car" type registration. Please PM me with info.
