If by some freak chance my car is back together I will come down. Not looking good though work is nuts right now. I have a good tranny my problem is deer damage. As an alternate I could race my 95 Roadmaster wagon bone stock(LT1) and sporting wood it would be good for high 15s, but if it is that nice and my Caprice isn't fixed yet I would rather work on the car than sit at a crowded dragstrip.

You race for free, but you have to pay a spectator fee. I'm not sure what that price is this year? It's less than the racing fee.

Chillin bro. I'm just trying to get things cleaned up for this season. You'd be surprised at how long it takes to replace spark plugs, header gaskets, and a flywheel. I shattered my stock one.

My car's doing pretty good- running strong, but I have a laundry list of **** to do in the next few weeks...

Remove smog pump, refrigerant bracket, full engine detail tomorrow
Get a few spots on the paint fixed
Change oil
New wheels/tires

The addiction isn't new, it's just that now I can afford to mod the car since I'm not buying a crotch rocket like I had a tendency to do every summer.
I'm getting nitto drags... A guy that's buying a car has a set of 'em at home and says that he'll give them to me if I save him some dough on the car he's gonna buy. Talk about a recipe for an awesome deal!!! Hopefully my POS will be H/C/N20/caged/12" rear by the end of the summer. Need to give Fernando, Ghost and xttc2000 a little competition. I don't think that I'm gonna go as nuts as your car, though.
