there is a club in wausau. central wisconsin road knights. there is a meeting on thursday jan. 26 at 6:30 pm, the meetings are held at the palms supper club. hope to see some of you guys there.

Are there a lot of newer cars involved in this club or is it mostly older ones? I looked at some pictures and it looks pretty decent. I am trying to see which of my friends would like to come check it out with me, what is the age range of members now? What all goes on at these meetings and on average how late do they run?

There are a few f bodys, but im the only late model f body owner. However there is four late model mustangs that are pretty fast. All the more reason to join and show them what GM POWER is all about. I would say the members age runs from 25 on up. Most of the guys you see at shows every weekend are older but are really great guys to hang around.( I'm 34). The meetings consist of discussing events, future events, and your basic club ****. In the summer once a month we have a cruise through town and met up somewhere for a cookout. We also have a poker run that had over 50 cars last year. Membership is $20 for a single or a couple, witch encludes a free club t-shirt. My name is Dan, hope to see you guys there.

I will be there for sure, if I have to be I will be by myself, but I will check it out for my buddies as well, but maybe I will be with my gf if she is willing. I just hope I am not going to be expected to bring in $20 right away to the first meeting I attend. I will see you there, I am 21 the same age as my three possibly four friends that are thinking about this.

I got a friend with a 96 SS and my neighbor has a LT1 ram air T/a- we are thinking of a cruise in mid April around Stvens Point, to make sure all the salt is off the road

I dated a girl that went to college in Milwaukee then worked summers up in Door County. It is different and nice up there. A little too touristy but I liked the area very much.

Does not seem to be all that many "city" people in this thread.

Grew up on 60th and Good Hope. My parents still live in Milwaukee, but in a pretty nice neighborhood now. Back when I lived there I would store my 87 Turbo Regal up in Mequon just to keep it 100% safe. It was such a bitch to work on it, it was a 20 min drive to get any tools that I needed or forgot!

As much as I like WI and miss it, it is no comparison to what goes on down in the Chicago area. So many more nice cars, out all over the place. Cruise nights every day of the week pretty much.
