Default Minnesota Emissions (Hennepin CO)

I'm sorry but I have searched and searched and can't find anyone mentioning emissions in our state (Minnesota).
I am one step away from buying my headers and with or without the AIR/EGR could make 75$ difference.
If anyone knows what rules we have here and what they get away/what they use, I would appreciate it.

I am thinking...

Hooker or QTP's , (hopefully w/o AIR/EGR)
TSP true dual setup, dumped.
Two High flow cats, not sure brand yet (are these necessary?)
Mufflers of some sort, maybe ST's

Am I missing anything else significant?

Thanks for any info.

As far as I know they haven't done any emissions testing in Minnesota for a long time. like 10 or 15 years.
