Default hit&run

well i'm ok just a little banged up and sore. on the way home from work today as i was turning someone went thru the red light and smashed my lt1 really bad. i spun around couple of times and i ended up on top of my console even though i had my seat belt on. i think is was a minivan or something like that i don't remeber as i was out for a minute.the entire rear is shifted to the driver side, broke rear end housing tube so thats junk now, pretty much the body is no good. i'm gonna get check out tommorrow again to make sure my cabesa(head) can still add 1+1. well anyhow here are a couple of pics.

and oh yea rich that is the slp car in the background

Hey Jav, Sorry to hear but I'm glad you're ok. I hate to say this but I'm guessing she's a total loss. Do you have more pictures? Did they catch this guy that hit you? Let us know if there's anything we can do to help. Even if it means helping you hunt down the culprit that hit you.

Glad you are OK. That really sucks. Now you have to make a claim through your insurance instead of the ******* who hit you. Hope they find him.

i would have chased the bitch down and stuck repeated fenders into them untill they stopped

i got rear ended by a Mexican who didnt have a drivers liscence, insurace, plates or a green card. he was arrested but the cops said that he would probably be bailed out and they would never see him again. turned it into the insurance, had estimates of 700, the insurance co tried to give me a check for 200 (500 deductable) had to remind them that i had uninsured motorist, they reluctantly agreed that i had paid them extra money for 8 years and gave me my check for 700. was just curious shopping around for insurance and one company said that because i had one ticket, and two accidents (neither deemed my fault) that if i got another ticket their insurance company would proably drop me. i hate the insurance companys with a passion. i really got screwed over good on the deal, and i have a feeling my car was damaged more than the estimates said, i kept on pointing out to the body shops that the rear filler pannel didnt line up, and one guy just called it a fit and finish issue, i wanted to punch him becuase it wasnt like that before the accident. so i think that my metal under the bumper is bent and it will never be right, luckly it dosent really effect anything and its barely noticable.. *end rant*

Yeah, hit an run sucks. I got tboned while driving my escort. Messed up my shoulder. Its still messed up and wont collect any money for my pain and suffereing.

Next person that hits me I am going to make damn sure they dont get away. First thing to get is the plate number, then description of driver, then box them in so they cant get away. If you dont have the plate number theyll never get caught.
