lifted 4x4 k5 winter truck for sale So Bought this 83 k5 about 4 years ago and have been driving it since. Its been a awsome truck to me and I HATE getting rid of it but im moving to miami and wont need a 4x4 and the condo asociation says I can only have one car so the k5 has to go.
Its a 1983 k5
in the last 20k miles it has had
new gm crate motor 350
true dual exhuast
just did plugs wires cap and rotor too
griffen alum raditor with lt1 camar oelectric fans
holley carb with elec choke
less then 1000 miles on rebuit th350 trans
with a B&m 2200 stall
all u joints were replaced too axles and shafts
35x12.50 bfg ats
new calipers pads wheel cylindr shoes and a master cylinder
has 6 inch super lift spings in the front and blocks in the back with a helper spring
bal joints and tie rods and gear box
has a 5x2 1/4 inch thick c channel front bumper
I started doing the interior since I wanted a nice comfy daily driver
the inner bed sides were just recoved the carpet is brand new from lmc
has heavy rubber floor mats
And my favorite thing is the HEATED (YES THEY WORK) POWER/LUMBAR leather seats from an 03 trail blazer the back seats are installed too and still fold like they were designed too
never got a chance to finish the doors and the console
has a nice pionner cd player and pioneer speakers
Truck is a monster in the snow and has spent many nights doing ditch rescues.
4x4 works awsome good truck that i hate to lose
so the bad
its a 83 k5 with a carbed 350 a 3 speed and 35s milage is nothing you would brag about
the pass power window is having some issues lately needs a windowmotor most likey
rear window works but some times gets cranky and needs to be run up and down 2 or 3 times before it will go all the way up or down.
