I have my car registered in south dakota and i live right by the border... anyways i took my car into iowa and got pulled over for my exhaust being too loud. isnt the rule if its registered and legal in south dakota, iowa cant do crap? because what about tint and stuff, in south dakota im fine, but iowa can they do anything? i dont think they can, but luckily i just got a warning about the exhaust or i woulda been pissed need you guyses educated guesses or whatever you got for me
