I will be heading up next week on my own. Family is staying in TX for a bit whie the house if for sale. I'd like any info you guys might have on a temporary place for just myself. Only requirements are a washer and dryer and most everything else is flexible.

I will be renting eventually, and more than likely an apartment or condo or something. I am just looking for something temporary so I will have some time to shop the market. You can only get so much from the internet sources.

I am interested in anything from Livonia going clockwise outside Detroit over to the Harrison/Selfridge area.

i know its a little closer than you wanted to detroit but. there is a extened stay america on van dyke just north of 14 mile, its in sterling heights. its about 7 miles south of selfirdge and maybe another 7 west. they have pretty cheap rates. and are like a hotel. its not far from w2w either
