Opening track days??

Just wondering if anyone is planning on going to any tracks on their opening days. Im pretty sure Gateway open on March 18 and i know ill be there, anybody else?? Does anyone know of any other opening days for any "local" strips lol.

I'm also curious, I was looking to find out what day US41 opens but I couldnt find anything on their website, also are there any tracks where I can run without a helmet ? Probably just mid 12s

I'm suprised 41 requires any sort of safety at all. The one time I went the tech guy just asked if I thought my car was safe, I said yeah, he welcomed me to the track.

I always got my helmet in the Z. Im just worried about not having a cage lol. I think i might be just quick enough this year to need one

US41 is IHRA again now, so expect them to be a little tighter on tech.

so us41 does good track prep? i'd like to see the difference sub-frames make to mt 60' and they'll be here this time next week. i have no patience, which means they'll get installed within 24 hrs of their arrival..

i'd have a LONG *** drive from the south side of indy..
