My old car broke down in high school and my dad used my grandpa's trailer to tow it home. It's a small trailer though and luckily he had his work truck cuz he had cut the front rail off of the trailer to get my car to fit lol Then welded it back on when we got it home. Grandpa never knew a thing.

Uh yeah...don't use a car dolly. use the full open trailer. I pulled my T/A up from dallas to Chicago back in feb. when I moved the rest of my stuff here. No problems at all. don't expect to make it very fast, and if you run through any tolls keep in mind you may have to pay extra for towing a trailer.

yeah I usually go through PA on the PA Turnpike, with just the car it's almost 20 bucks one way. I think this time I'll go farther north. I forgot the road off hand but it runs straight through to my destination, it's going to a long boring ride lol, 16 hours.
