How in the hell did you know the nationality of the driver. He has tinted windows. And he never stops his car, just drives in circles. Unlewss you just assumed his nationality. Which in my case I woiuld assume 1 of the 3. Polish, hispanic, asian from the age of 16-18yrs old. Damn retards!
