Martin, MI/US131 Test&Tune April 8th Martin, MI/US131 Test&Tune April 8th. Martin opens April 8th for test and tune. Anyone else going? I plan to be there as long as the weather cooperates. I want to try one last time for 12's bone stock on street tires. I've already gone 12.69 with my drag radials. 13.008 is the best street tire time so far.

Bump back to the top. Looking to be high 40's and clear Saturday. Perfect weather for good runs! Hoping I can heat the crap out of the well worn Goodyears and hook my way to a 12 sec street tire run!

LOUSY! Track had NO bite whatsoever. First run I spun in all 3 gears and I had dropped the pressure to 25psi. Still somehow managed a 13.32 on that run. 2nd run I dropped the PSI to 20 and managed a 13.17 with a 2.14 60'. I waited a while and watched some guys run then ran a few more. Last 3 runs sucked as I couldn't hook at all. 13.59 tire spinning and missing 3rd, 13.25 and then another tire spinning 13.51. Time to give up on street tires and just run the drag radials from now on.
