How bad is the weather around Nov 19 in the upper mid-west? Thinking about a drive to Green Bay from Portland Oregon and back on or around Nov 14-23. Lot of snow by then ?

sorry man, but that's a crap shoot to be honest. At times there is a bit of snow, other times we've been racing still. As of the past few winters, that late november wasn't all that bad. I think we got a big dumping of snow the 2nd week of Dec. and then the 3rd week of January. THAT WAS IT. hahaha I'd say you'll be fine
