I'm just giving y'all some ****, chill out. But really, if you're sensible about it, its not too bad to drive slicks in the rain. And trust me, I'm far from being what I'd consider a good driver.
About the only thing I worry about in the rain is someone pulling out in front of me, panic stops on slicks and skinnies makes me nervous. Theres not much you can do when that happens.
I suppose if I daily drove my junk I'd be more concerned, but its normally a weekend car, so if it rains its inside, but sometimes you just get stuck in the rain, **** happens.
Now that I think about it, maybe its an F body thing? All my other cars were G bodies, mustangs, etc. The first time I drove the camaro in the rain on MT's I purposely tried to get sideways and spun it clean around. Didn't take much. Hmmmm.....
