plus she took my buddy in the back seat to jail that night because of a old parking ticket warrent.
And he said as soon as she got in the cop car she started mocking me,and blasting rap music.

Anyway, I wouldn't doubt for a second that she mocked him after we pulled away. Talk about a bitch... Might be a good idea to get her information off of the ticket and file a complaint. She didn't even make an attempt to hear your side of the story....just, "We saw you and you're guilty." I tell ya...that's the fastest 35 in a 40 I've done in a long time. Damn cam is so strong, it's spinnin the tires at idle now. Must be one hell of a tune...

I called on the ticket today and they said it's careless driving $180 +3 points
and they said its not a misdameanor.but the officer marked it as a mis and the charge is hot rodding.
so is this ticket still legit even though she filled it out wrong?
I blame this whole thing on the tune
If jeff wasn't tuning my car so good, then arron would not have felt the need to show off what his new set up can do..
so you see jeff it's all your fualt.
so make the check out to the state of michigan for $180 and we'll call it good

Sounds to me like you got your nuts in a bunch. You should definately fight it. As one of the other guys mentioned, the court only wants your money, and should drop the points. A piece of advice from me to you, go out late at night and have all the fun you want. 3 am to 5 am. When I was on midnights, that was when me and my partners would be catching a power nap because there was nothing going on. Who cares about a speeder on an empty expressway, let him/her play. Good luck !!!!

my first 2 speeding tickets i ever got were duign those hours, and i got pulled over about a motnh ago those hrs doing only 6 over.
