remove the coil packs. Is makes it that much easier.

also if your going catless, ditch your AIR pump, lose some weight and clean up the engine bay by removeing the 8feet of hose...

Be prepared to jack the car up really high if you're not using a lift.

Keep track of what you unplug/take off/etc. I just installed longtubes last night and now my car won't start. It was by no means the headers themselves, but we're trying to figure out what's wrong.

Here's the walk-through I used and it really helped me out - http://projectcamaro.com/headerinstall.htm

I ran open header's for nine months. I loved it but then I had to take my car through emissions so I had to slap on a Y pipe and catback. I'm now running an ORY with the loudmouth. I'm thinking about thowing a chammbered muffler up there though.

Get some beer + pizza and have your friends do it. Or hire a group of rogue mercenaries. That's what I... Nevermind... Car's still stock! Shut up!

Install Tips - Take out all driverside plugs and the steering rack. Passenger side - disconnect battery and take the 15MM bolt out of the Oil dipstick and remove that. Take off all plug wires obviously then all of the old exhaust and you'll be good

pull the plugs, and put new ones in while your in there. pull the oil dipstick. I have never had to pull the steering peice for pacesetters. I remove most of the heat sheild from below and they just slip right in. If you do that the front tires only need to be 6 inches off the ground.

Shouldnt need to remove the starter or disconnect the steering shaft for pacesetters. My #1 header install recommendation is poly motor mounts! JUST DO IT NOW and save yourself the nightmare of installing them with headers on the car.

Same here, left all the plugs in too. I have one tip for you if you got the TSP ORY.
This is what your TSP pipe might look like:

Clean it up with a die grinder like this:

have fun

i got my passenger in from the top (no HVAC) and driver from the bottom, car is not very high off the ground, Take off coil pacs at least and the steering rack/shaft whatever you want to call it.and play with it... keep in mind if you can, you may want a little play witht he motormounts to help ease the installation by rocking the mottor foreward or backwards
