Hey guys....doing some initial research on the Bloomington area... few questions (if anyone knows the answers)

1. I'm assuming this is a semi-built up area? since Indy is so close?
2. Anyone know what property values are like? (like how much of a house/land if any can be had for 250k ish)
3. Anything to be concerned with (tornados? floods?)

Basically looking at the entire area around Bloomfield/Bloomington
