We're getting more sleep. He is going about 3 hours between feedings, and now staying awake for about a good half-hour before he falls back asleep
He smiles alot when I am talking to him and when he starts falling asleep. I'm sure he can't control most of it but it's funny. Right now he is working on mastering the art of sticking his hand is his mouth I just need to find someone who will buy used diapers He goes through about 10-12 everyday easy.
Here is another pic, this was last night just hanging out

It's normal for them to be up every 2-3 hours, their stomaches are very small and they get hungry. I'm sure the pediatrician has told you guys that 3-4 hours would be too long (consistently).
Only advice I have for you:
-Enjoy it
-Take pics
-Don't tailgate folks, you are more tired than you realize
-Babies like white noise
He looks like you, but better looking.

The stroller have no drivetrain so I mounted a 15lb. bottle underneath with a pro fogger selenoid (open jet) facing the rear. I have a 12 volt drill battery the that hooks into the alarm system, I wired the latched output to a relay to control the selenoid. Remote controll nitrous power stroller. It does like 25mph.
