Friday night I was thinking of going to GLD. Schultzp85 said he was going this friday. Is any one else up for a couple runs at the strip? I thought it was going to rain and now the weather is looking good other than being warm. So let me know we could meet up and head out there. I still wana try to break the 12 second barrier

yea i had the same problem it was too hot and sticky i either hooked up too good and didn't launch high enough or the tires had less grip when i did launch high. my first pass was a 13.6 then i ran a 13.8 and a 13.4 and finally a 13.6 again and i went home i whooped some prostreet car lol and a 5.0 mustang that had a launch on me but i caught him just before the end lol. but no the track sucked i think i'll wait till fall to go back when we get some 70 degree nights my car runs better then

well i guess that explains why the guy int the left lane tore out his axel lol. it was a prostreet car or something but i guess the wheel and tire rolled down the track with the axel still attatched
