You were a paralegal? That's like a glorified secretary right? I'd put a nice wager on that I've been in a few more courtrooms than you son. Have you ever been in law enforcement? Being a paralegal doesn't count.

Pretty ballsy to be talking **** like that to a Marine, but then again, I bet that is all you can do with a keyboard. What are you, some pot marked faced ***** who was picked on in high school and became a cop?
In case you want to know what I did in the Marines, here is a link:

All I said was the information you gave to the kid was incorrect and you had to fire back and say "Whatever you think" like I don't know what I am talking about. I know the legal system a lot better than you do, I'm sure. Next time, think about what you're gonna say, you look like a dumb bitch!
Why is it that 99% of the posts you make on this site are not TECH related, and they are either **** talking to other members or useless garbage? Seems like you are trolling the site. I will make sure Admin looks into your account.

Traffic court is not criminal court, a prosecutor does not have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that what the officer said happened. The prosecutor only has to prove that what the officer says is more likely what happened than what the defendant says, which the judge rules in favor of the prosecutor (officer) almost 100% of the time.
You're saying that you know the legal system, and I'm sure you know the legal system better than the common man doing what you did, but you're lacking in how a traffic courtroom operates, I am not.
If you think I'm ballsy talking "****" to a ex-Marine, you have no idea what I actually do for a living. As far as having an admin look into my posts, be my guest. As for the ***** comment, I'm just going to laugh that one off.

I have had 14 traffic tickets, and one conviction (5 tickets) took almost three months & multiple court dates to resolve, so I have spent plenty of time in a traffic court room. Out of those 14, I have been convicted on 6 of the 14 and have done court supervision on 5 of them. Only one is technically on my record and has been reported to my insurance company. All I am saying is tha it is not the end of the world if you get a speeding ticket or other moving violation. Always check over the ticket to make sure the ticket has the proper information on it. If you know you were in the wrong, try and do court supervision or traffic school. But be careful, you can only do it once ever four years I believe.
