Chicagoland Engine builders?

Chicagoland Engine builders? I just spun a rod bearing and am looking for a good engine shop to do a rebuild. I live in a Northern Chicago burb and would like to drop the engine off locally. Does anyone recommend a place?

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to AES after what they pulled on me and timmy, but they still have their cheerleaders so whatever.
after AES fucked me we had our stuff done by Powersource Racing Engines in Fox Lake, Ray is the owner,excellent experience.
Can NEVER go wrong with Speed Inc, best LS1 shop around, hands down.

I would go to AES if you like to have 4 of your motors sit on the ground for 2 months, and then when you ask what is going on no one knows what you are taking about. That comes from the owners mouth!!!!!! Not to mention I was told all kinds of work was done to them which was not. They just sat there

Ive had three of my engines built at AES and they have been fair with me so far it did take a while for them to get all the work done but it was done over the winter so i really didnt have to have it right away.
