I was in fox lake yesterday for the boat races and There is a citgo on route 12 just before you go over the bridge in fox fax that has 110 for 4.79 a gallon. Also the only station in my part of the hood is on golf rd just east of milwaukee but i cant remember the name of the station.

My 2002 LG Z compression is 11.5 : 1. I think it may even be a little more. My car can run on 93 octane, but for some reason I like the 100 octane in it a little more

Yeah 11.5:1 is just about the limit for 93 with an aluminum head. As long as your spark is pretty conservative and you're not getting any knock retard you're good to go.


I pay $5 a gallon for Sunoco 110 out of the pump 5 minutes from my house...Not that my car runs on that stuff or anything.

Delta sonic has 100 octane at some of their stations.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but the closest place to Downers Grove that has 110 is Joliet, correct?

Which Meijer? The one on St. Charles and Aurora do not carry it...Only E85....
