Tuff is not a street racer, so for there is no reason to have clocks off for him. When you see a run it could be easy to be over a second off on et. If people see some low 9 second runs it may impress them a little more? It really doesn't matter to me. It's my guess is that some will want clocks off. If EVERYONE doesn't care about clocks on, then they will be on, but if ONE person doesn't want them on then they wiil be OFF! I may in the future have a clocks on race, but I will let everyone know up front.

I'm with Tuff on the clocks on,I'm not a street racer either I know this is a street racing event and people will want clocks off period. We all know who has some fast combo's out there in the LS1 world. I'm going just cause Pro Stock is going to be there and all be racing for free on his dime.

I understand you and Tuff. BUT the RSD event has always been clocks off. When I started this thing I didn't state clocks on! I'm trying to get as many people to show up as possible, including some street racers. I know they won't come or won't race because they don't want their times getting out. I will ask everyone who is racing that night and see what they want to do. We just have to see what happens for this one.

My trans brake wasn't hooked up. It left real soft off a 1500 rpm foot brake launch, 1.52. Tires felt good.

That's cuz we don't know what we're doing with the suspension...Vince goes low 1.2's and low 8's on the same tires but him and his crew know what they are doing...you can spin with any tire if you have the suspension all fucked up. We were still going 1.3's.

Skiing pants lol? I had 'wind pants' on until I put on the black fire pants lol...you'd be cold as hell if you tried to wear wind pants while skiing!!! haha

I will run too this weekend, if I can get my slave cylinder/clutch working well by then...

see thread:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/midwestern-members/577754-number-2-slave-cylinder-nuked-why-need-fixed-before-rsd.html

what sucks is just installed subframe connectors, UD pulley and setup my suspension this past weekend and now much clutch is causing issues during bleeding and not working... damn it!
