I see a lot of bad advice. I would not use a stick or a bat, sounds very risky. Who is talking about actual experience?

I rented that guy's roller 69TA, and we did my car and Magnus' car. He also included a heat gun. Take your time it's easy to mess up the paint.

Ya that is just a quick way of doing it with a bat thats actually how they did it back in the day. Im not promising anything though

I used a hammer on my old Camaro. It didn't do any harm to the paint, just folded the lip up. If you want to do it right, do it like John said.

Bat method works fine I've seen it done on a few fox bodies and a fitty-7 chevy.
