Default E-Check cleveland area (i know it's been beat to death)

So this is basically about e-check and if anyone has definite news (or knows where i can find such news) if it is going away in cleveland area in the near future. i know it is free to the public now, but if it goes away this will affect my future plans for the car. i'd like to go true duals no egr or cats, with hopes of reaching 1000hp in the next 3-4 years. anyone?

Your best source for info is here: http://www.epa.state.oh.us/dapc/mobile.html

That's where they announced it when they got rid of it here in Dayton.

God I am glad I moved out of C-town. Tampa is WAY better. I do miss my sports, relatives and friends.
