Missing in Chicago

Hey all, I'm from Kansas City, Missouri and my friend is missing up there in chicago. His name is Jesse and is 19. I'm sure it's on the news up there so please if you know anything contact the police me or whatever.

Your friend is missing and all the info you give is his first name?

I'd be plastering his of full name, picture, last known location, etc. But good luck.
