Indiana guys-To title used car/motorcyle must you have bill of sale with title in IN?
Question:
Does one DEFINITELY need a bill of sale along with a properly executed title (which the new owner has) to register in his name a used car or motorcycle in Indiana (INDY area to be exacxt)?
Or
Is a properly filled out title showing who the buyer now good enough on a used vehicle.
THANKS GUYS!! :flag:

If the existing title is an Indiana title, then the only thing needed is the properly completed title. If the existing title is from Illinois (and possibly other states too) a bill of sale or equivalent signed document is required for any vehicle less than 10 years old in addition to the properly completed title. I just recently purchased a WS6 from IL and that's how I found out this information.
