They probably would have said my bumpers were too rusty or that I had too many rock chips 
. I would like to show my car, but its my only car and it would be too much of a PITA to have it sitting there for a couple days.

Now Now G-Body. I've seen alot of crappy cars at WoW and alot of stupid people to say the least. Your car would be cool at WoW cus there's not too many Elkys left from your generation. People like those cars and at least you've done all the work. I'd bet that more than have the people at WoW have never even worked on their own cars. And they're all like "Look at my cool car that I don't know **** about" That stuff pisses me off. Id like to do WoW once I get mine all together but like you said, sitting there all that time must be hell. I think that it would be cool to get a bunch of conversion cars togther from the Chicago area and do a group thing. No garuntee of winning or anything, I just think it would be cool.

Verdad Gallardo I'm serious, we should have an MFBA/LS1Tech car show somewhere in late May. I'll talk to Tim (Octane) about this idea. I'd love to see all the cool cars around here at one event. I'd even drag my junk out.

John, something to think about here... MFBA will be having a car show (with trophies) at the Autobahn in Joliet... last year we went and were able to drive our cars on the track following one of the owners (just a couple laps)
