I used to have a 91 Galant VR-4 as my daily driver. (same powertrain as a gsx, but it has 4 wheel steering) They are fun to drive and can be really fast, but like everyone has said, once you start modding DSMs they have huge reliablility issues. If you are going to buy one, buy one that isnt modded or that you know is done 100% correct or you could have major problems.

i almost bought my gf a subura wrx limited model. Amazing car, quick and reliable. I researched a lot on the suburas. They are regarded as very durable, reliable and have one of the best AWD systems available.

Sean (Silverghost) has had a WRX for about 3 or four years. I have never heard of him having problems with it. I would ask him.

The STI model is amazing, its like an AWD LS1 car. Loads of torque and hp, make sure you read up on modding them they're different than DSMs cant just turn up the boost. But an amazing autocar.

If I were rich I'd have a ton of cars, and a GSX would def. be one. I love DSM's, and nothing beats a Turbo car. Exhaust and a boost controller = 50-70 HP. Try doing that on an N/A car!

But selling a LT1 or LS1, I don't know. DSM's are proven to be unreliable. LT1's go to 250k+. And it's not all that hard to mod an SBC, and don't forget how cheap parts are. I would probably stick with the Z and do heads/cam. Your DSM drivetrain will break.

True Duals on a M6 LS1 is 38rwhp, Lid and a tune and its done on an NA car.

First, You Gotta Spend $ To Get The Gsx Faster Than A Stock Z28. Then, You Gotta Do More Mod's After That, To Get It Faster Than A Moded Z28. You Always Be A Step Behind. Oh! If It Don't Break On You First. I Would Just Use The Gsx To Go Work And Church, Then Leave The 1/4 Mile For My Ls1. Lmao!
