Default Looking for a local machine shop

Im pulling my heads and need to get um cleaned, milled and get my springs set up. My local shop here (napa) can do um but there just a reg. machine shop. Not that im doing anything major here but maby someone who knows a bit more and maby pay more attention to it. Anyone got numbers or some sort of price? Im not looking to port them, just clean, mill um. I think they would charge me about $150 or so for both so its cheap as it is but wouldnt mind paying a little more for a actual head guy. Anyone???

I'd check with Hi Flow Heads in Alsip. I know there's a handful of members who've had their LS1/6 heads worked on there. That'll be simple work for them.

The best place is not a sponsor, so if I tell you, they are going to delete it anyway.
Sorry.

I'd check out high flow heads too. I've seen some of their work and it's pretty good. no idea on pricing though.

Making a point, help is help, advice is advice, opinion is opinion.

Just because they are a sponsor, doesn't mean they don't suck & rip people off.

As I posted, oh wait, that was deleted also.
