Anybody got a hookup on a good paint/body shop in Detroit area?

Bought a used "like new" OEM spoiler from a member here on the board that was supposed to be "spotless". Opened up the box today and it's got light scuffs ALL over it that might buff out, several deep gouges through the paint that definitely won't buff out, and several thumbnail size dings into the fiberglass where the fibers are exposed.
I'm thinking 2-3 hrs to strip, bondo, sand, then paint? at $60/hr this gonna cost over $200 to get this spoiler looking nice?
I've got a couple areas that I wouldn't mind having repainted while the car is in the shop, including the nose piece & the rear bumper cover are both needing help.
