Looking for a used 10-bolt

just seeing whats out there, i got an offer for a 99 3.23 with 30k for 325$

looking for low miles with no problems, with a 3.23 or a 3.73.

Have one with a 3.23 with no backing plates and it has a TA cover - $150. The cover is worth at least $100 so thats a smokin' deal!
