Car is all apart now. Trans is out, rear is fixed, new hydraulics are in place. Just gotta replace the pilot bearing and put it all back together. Hopefully in the next day or two after work.

Thanks Larry. Got it done last night! It is back on the road today!!! We had to use a chisel and slide hammer to get the old pilot out. After that it was a piece of cake! The LS7 clutch feels really good. Just gotta break it in now. And now I can start cruising again! Yes!!!!

Met 06 goat tonight in davison at the cruise and was impressed by his car. Sounded great and looks like a runner. Tim was a very cool guy and look forward to hanging out and talking cars with you sometime soon. Like I said you guys are welcome to come out to grand blanc with us at our hangout spot. Lots of nice cars and cool guys. Look forward to meeting some of you.

Cool... I grew up in Davison and helped Tim put his cam in. I was hoping to be going to the track soon, but I broke my rear end. Anyway, for those of you who like carnage pics I have attached some below. Hopefully it will be on the road again soon before I miss the good weather

OUCH sorry to see that Brian! I hope your on the road soon. Give me a call this weekend if you get a sec. I'll be in Howell w/ the car and would like to take you for a spin. It is much better now that I have those tuning issues cleared up.

Nick, it was nice meeting you too. I look forward to hanging out with you guys.

Thanks for doing a nice install Larry! It is nice to get a car back with the work done properly and no body damage, plus fair labor rates!!! I already have about 200 miles on the OZ700, and have to get another 200 or so before Milan this Thursday. I may be ordering that 9" this Friday

Now if I could only figure out that damn rattle coming from underneath. I think its the bellhousing blanket, but it sure sounds like its coming from the torque arm bushing.
