How Much to Ask
Trending Topics
You could ask $18-20k and sell it somewhat quickly (if that's your intent), or you could ask $25k+ and likely wait a long time for the right buyer to come along that's willing to pay your price (if you can afford to wait).
Getting decent money out of these low mileage F-bodies takes time. Most people in the market to buy these cars used are not looking to spend over $20k, so if you have a show quality example and your car is priced accordingly, you will not have a large customer base.
A guy looking for an LS1 that's going to be a daily driver and/or street/strip car will be more interested in buying a 40k-ish mile '01 WS6 for $17k than spending $25k to get a show car with 6100 miles. They could use the difference in price to buy mods, or lower their payment. The ultra low mileage won't mean much to them since they intend to use the car regularly. Only someone looking for a perfect weather cruiser/toy will pay the premium for super low mileage and perfect condition, and this is a very small group of buyers realitive to F-body consumers in general.
