well, it also depends if they are a 6spd or auto, or how their suspension is setup, tires, etc...

also, i think my 10.51 was pretty much at optimal condition. good hooking track, good air temp, car was running solid (possibly still had old MN gas with Stabil in it though), and i was just ON and READY. We'll see if i can back it up here at Rock on May 1st.

Not many people like the Rock but that is where my best times were at. As soon as i ran the 6.4 in the 1/8th i had the owner sitting over waiting at my campsite! I got the boot fast................

Well I was thinking about going with a lSX 454, but now I see 427's run just as good so why spend the money for the same times. May as save some money for some Mikes hard lemonade when I go racing.

Just think If you had a 454 you could be number 1 speedo , hell you should run 9's all day on the motor , with of course the right tuner.

on the track, they may perform identical, but on the street, the 454 would dominate!!! my bud with a C5Z just put in a 442 and he could whoop my *** on a street roll. but at the track, i'll still take him.
