My AOD notch went 14.30 with 3.73 , full exhaust and suspension with only weight removal being Weld rims. 13.8 when adding an Edelbrock Performer intake and 235 M/T. My AOD was stock/junk , so your 5 spd should run low 14's/high 13's if you can drive it.
