Why do people ????
Why do people ???? Why do people see our cars and have to act like total A$$. I was driving north on 59 in Antioch just going with the flow of traffic since it is a 2 lane road and around 3:30pm and alot of traffic. All of a sudden a Ford Lightning passes around some cars. I figure he is in a hurry to get home so I just keep doing what I am doing. We approach the light at Grass Lake Road and it is red and I am about 6 cars from the light. This guy, I guess in his early 30s, is behind me now. He starts to creep up until I can no longer see his front bumper in my rearview mirror. As soon as I look he starts to break-torque and spin his tires. I am thinking there goes my rear bumper, etc. if his foot slips. He does this for about 20 seconds.
Am I getting old (I know I am 47) but to me this was just childish. Fine go ahead and do this but not when your inches away from somebody's rear bumper. Have respect for the other people. His truck was nice to bad the person driving it was an A$$.

Was that lightning red? I live real close to you, and I've up and down 59 in Antioch. I've seen a Red Lightning parked in front of a house on the street several times. People are idiots sometimes.

thats stupid. some guy in a 3rd gen did that...sweet sounding one on top of that. on a busy road in traffic stopped at a red light. he line locked it and probably smoked up for about 10 seconds. it was cool...but scary.
